SHIPPING INFORMATION​

All UK orders are dispatched from the UK (excluding custom orders), and all EU orders are dispatched directly from our studio in Barcelona, Spain. We recommend our tracked delivery for international orders. Please do not hesitate to contact us at maison_momo@outlook.com with any questions

Orders will be processed & despatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends. You will be sent an email confirming your order, and subsequently to confirm shipping when it is despatched (If you do not receive this email please check your junk mail).

All postal addresses are the responsibility of the customer and unfortunately cannot be changed or cancelled after dispatch. Please ensure your address is correct before purchase. However, if you suspect an error in your address after purchase, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify any mistakes. Maison Momo cannot be held responsible for errors or mistakes in customer provided addresses.

Please allow 7 working days from dispatch to receive your UK or EU order, or 14 working days to receive your international order, before contacting maison_momo@outlook.com with any queries. If you would like to request a specific delivery option not outlined above, including additional tracked insured delivery options please get in touch via the Contact Form tab and we will do our best to fulfil specific postage requirements.

PRE-ORDERS

 

Pre-orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Payment will be processed at the point of purchase.  If you purchase multiple items and one is noted as pre-order, all items will be shipped together at the later date. If you would prefer your items to be shipped separately, please order non preorder items in a separate transaction. Please contact us through the 'Contact Form' tab with any additional shipment requests for pre-orders.
