Do you have a physical store?
Not yet! For now, Maison Momo can only be purchased online.
Where are you based?
We are based between London and Barcelona. All European & international orders are shipped from Barcelona, while UK orders are shipped from London (excluding custom items, which are shipped directly from our studio in Barcelona).
Something I had my eye on is out of stock. Will you make more?
Each piece is handmade in limited quantities in our studio, so once a piece sells out, there is a possibility it will not be back. Jewellery marked 'limited edition' and items incorporating vintage charms will not be restocked once they sell out.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes! Please reach out to us via email to discuss customising options.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We are happy to accept returns/exchanges on unworn items. Please email maison_momo@outlook.com to request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange or refund on our vintage or custom jewellery, as this is made to order. Read more about our returns policy here

Do you offer gift packaging?
All our jewellery comes with in our signature pink eco-friendly pouches and white textured jewellery boxes, ready for gifting, along with a personalised note. If you would like to add a special message to your package, please write this in the 'Notes' section at checkout.
Where are orders dispatched from?
Dispatch location depends on the destination address. EU orders are shipped directly from our studio in Barcelona, while UK orders are shipped from the UK. This ensures there will be no extra charges upon delivery.
